About Us
We are an inclusive not-for-profit networking organization that supports the development of female talent in Financial Lines insurance and reinsurance. Our leadership team and supporters include men and women from across the industry – underwriting, broking, claims, law firms and clients. We are a diverse group of colleagues working together to raise the bar on the development of female professionals in Financial Lines.
With so many talented women in Financial Lines, we wanted to create an environment where we could learn from each other, bringing a vulnerability and openness to the conversation, building community – and really just harnessing what was already here.
