The Bridge’s 2026 Mentor-Mentee Program
Calling All Mentors and Mentees!
The Bridge is excited to announce that we are launching another cohort of our Mentorship Program in 2026. The Program is open to Financial Lines professionals nationwide who are interested in developing professional knowledge and skills, expanding their networks, enhancing career potential, and/or identifying new career paths.
We are now accepting applications for interested and engaged mentors and mentees within Financial Lines Insurance and Financial Lines Reinsurance.
To apply, please complete the relevant application linked below. Note, mentee applicants should be aware that there will be a limited number of available mentors so mentees will be selected based on the quality of their mentee application, their specific mentorship goals and the availability of mentors in their geography. Please submit all applications by March 16, 2026.
Program Highlights
Six-month one-on-one mentorship program beginning May 2026
Mentors and mentees are expected to meet a minimum of six times – ideally, once a month
In-person meetings are preferred, but not required – pairings will be coordinated by geography to the best of our ability
Program will conclude with a networking event for all mentors/mentees – to be held in late 2026
Applications are due by March 16, 2026
