Michelle Klein - Berkley
Secretary
Michelle is the Chief Claims Officer and SVP of Berkley Professional Liability. In this role she has oversight of the claims team domestically and internationally. Berkley Professional focuses on the following lines of business: Public and Private D&O, Financial Institutions, Reps and Warranties and Insurance Agent E&O. Michelle is currently on the PLUS Foundation Board and Co-Chaired the PLUS D&O Symposium in 2017 and 2018. Michelle is also on the Chief Claims Officer Steering Committee for CLM. Michelle holds a BA in American Government from Clark University and a JD from Vermont Law School. She is admitted to practice law in New York and Connecticut.

Stefanie (Pearl) Pelletier - Lockton
Stefanie is a Senior Vice President and Financial Institutions Practice Leader with Lockton. She is responsible for Management Liability for the Northeast, with a focus on diversified financial institution clients. She attended the University at Buffalo and earned an MBA from Baruch College.

Melissa Phillips - Travelers
Missy is a Regional Vice President with Travelers Insurance Company. She is responsible for Management Liability in the New York City Metro Region, which includes New York City, New Jersey, Long Island and Westchester. Missy holds a Business of Administration Degree from the College of Insurance.

Jennifer Sharkey - Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.
Jennifer is the Area President and Director of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.’s Northeast Management Liability Practice. She is responsible for the strategic and tactical leadership of the group, manages and brokers accounts, oversees all of the firm’s relationships and performance with clients, insurers, and centers of influence. She is a Part of the Advisory Board of the Massachusetts Chapter of the Private Equity CFO Association (PECFOA), maintains Fellowship in the Council on Litigation Management (CLM), and is an active member of the Professional Liability Underwriters Association (PLUS). She has been a “Power Broker” by Risk and Insurance Magazine and AIG Broker of the Year in 2018. She holds leadership positions two non-profit organizations in Boston. Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Business Administration from New England College.

Cal is a Regional Underwriting Manager for the Public Commercial Group at Berkley Professional Liability. He earned a BA in Sociology from Georgetown University. -
Tim Fletcher - Aon
Description goes Tim is the Chief Executive Officer for Aon’s Financial Services Group (FSG). The FSG group designs and negotiates insurance programs for a wide variety of commercial and financial institution clients. The Financial Services Group is one of the most prominent Aon resource groups. In addition to leading the strategic direction of the FSG practice, Tim also manages senior client and insurer relationships.here

Christine manages TMHCC’s Jersey City office which underwrites management liability lines for both financial institutions and public companies working with brokers and agents across the USA. She has a BS in finance from The College of NJ and an MBA from Fordham University.

Eileen is an Underwriting Officer for Traveler’s Public Company Liability responsible for the Northeast Region. She received her MBA and BS degrees in Finance from the University of Connecticut.

Kerri Petri - Marsh Specialty
Kerri Petri currently serves as Marsh’s Specialty Client, Strategy and Growth Leader for US & Canada. She is responsible for driving strategic initiatives and growth opportunities within Marsh Specialty. Her role focuses on enhancing client relationships, coordinating innovative solutions, and developing and executing targeted strategies that align with Specialty to deliver growth and differentiated value.
Kerri previously served as the Growth & Industry Leader for Marsh’s Financial and Professional Practice (FINPRO). With fifteen years of experience in the FINPRO practice, she has held several positions, including Co-Leader of the Life Science Industry Practice, Northeast Zone Growth Leader, New England Team Leader, and Senior Client Advisor. Before joining FINPRO, Kerri spent four years as a Casualty Client Advisor in Marsh’s Boston office, where she specialized in the Retail and Real Estate sectors.

Mary is Head of Strategy and Execution for the FINEX Commercial Practice within Willis. She has 20 years of experience in negotiating and advising Management Liability from both a broking and underwriting perspective. She previously served as a member of the New England PLUS Steering Committee. Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Mathematics from Boston University.

Alex is a Senior Vice President and Team Leader with Aon’s Financial Services Group. Prior to joining Aon, he spent six years underwriting at AIG. And in a prior life, he served in the Peace Corps for two years in Turkmenistan. Alex graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Colgate University.
