Chair Emeritus

Allison is Head of North America Financial Lines at AIG. She also serves on the Board of the PLUS Foundation and is a member of its Executive Committee. Allison attended Trinity College and Brooklyn Law School and is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey.

Founder, Vice President

Christine serves as the leader for the Northeast Region for Aon. The region includes NY, Connecticut, New Jersey, New England, DMV and Philadelphia. Christine works in partnership with our solution line leadership in Commercial Risk, Health, and Wealth solutions. Christine’s ultimate responsibility is to serve clients and lead the Northeast team.

Christine has worked at Aon for 22 years in various global leadership roles. Christine was promoted into the Northeast leadership role in February 2024. Previously she was the Global Specialty Leader and ran the Financial Lines and the Professional Services practice globally. Prior to joining Aon, she spent five years in Asset Management at Citigroup (Salomon Smith Barney).

Treasurer

Kim is Senior Vice President and Head of Financial Institutions at Sompo International. She has national responsibilities that include underwriting, strategic planning and marketing. Kim attended Rutgers University and earned a BA in Political Science.

Secretary

Deirdre is Senior Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer for the Financial Lines Division within Sompo International. She has served as Co-Chair and serves as Advisory Committee Member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society’s D&O Symposium. Deirdre attended Providence College.

Founder

Catherine is a Senior Vice President at Hudson Insurance Group. She serves on the Board of Trustees for the Professional Liability Underwriting Society as well as the Executive Committee for the Northeast Board of Directors of the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation. Catherine graduated with a BBA in Finance from Hofstra University and is currently enrolled in University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business Advanced Management Program.

Japhet Boutin is the Director of the Financial Lines Claims Department at Zurich North America (ZNA). Prior to that role, Japhet worked in the ZNA Claims Legal department for seven years addressing coverage matters and overseeing claims and bad faith litigation. She has worked in the insurance industry in a variety of roles for over 20 years. She started her career as a trial attorney. She is a graduate of Temple University School of Law and Barnard College, Columbia University.

Ray Ash is Executive Vice President, Head of Financial Lines for Westfield Specialty, helping establish the division in August 2021.  His responsibilities include oversight of the Management Liability and Financial Institutions teams.  Ray graduated from Hamilton College with a BA in Economics and completed an Executive Development Program at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Sarah is Executive Vice President, U.S. Professional and Executive Risk Leader at Lockton, overseeing the team responsible for broking, risk advisory, and claims support across all major financial and professional insurance lines of insurance.  In addition, Sarah is the Global Blockchain & Digital Assets (LEAP) Advisory Leader at Lockton. Sarah is a Founding Member of the Association of Women in Crypto. Sarah attended Washington University in St. Louis and Fordham Law School.
