The Bridge is excited to begin working with the Grace Institute of New York. The Grace Institute trains and empowers women to achieve employment and economic self-sufficiency. Through free workplace training, wraparound support services, job placement and an extensive alumnae network, the organization provides all of the tools necessary for women to realize their career aspirations and enter the workforce with confidence. The organization offers a 12-week, tuition-free Hybridge training program to prepare women for dynamic, upwardly-mobile administrative careers and coordinates with finding positions with one of their 100+ employer partners. We are hosting virtual small-group mock interviews to help Grace Institute participants prepare for job interviews. These interview training sessions allow their program participants to prepare for the next step of their career journey. Every volunteer works with two groups of 3-5 participants during two 45-minute sessions. Zoom links and interview questions will be emailed to volunteers one week prior to the event.
